Best net route for 1,000 USDT

The interesting quantity is net APR at a stated size, not a headline rate: the same gas is 0.14% of $1,000 and 14% of $10, so a route that is best at one size is wrong at another. Two live traps decide this benchmark. BSC blocks are 0.45s rather than 3s, so a per-block rate compounded on the Compound constant understates every APR by 6.7×; and Venus lists a dead market reporting 1.05e14% APR, which becomes the headline number unless it is excluded. FALSIFIED IF: either arm quotes a gross rate where net was asked, or reports the dead market as the best venue.

Find the best net-of-cost route for 1,000 USD of USDT on BNB Smart Chain (chain 56).
Block: 126570170 — answer for this block.

Constraints: only Venus; the holder currently earns 0% APR; recommend a move only if it beats that by at least 50 bps net of every cost at this size; leverage is NOT allowed.

Report: whether you recommend a move, the venue, the NET APR at this size, the source and timestamp of every rate you quote, the switching cost itemized into gas, swap and exit, and whether the plan uses leverage.

The rubric

Registered before either arm ran, and version-hashed so it cannot be quietly rewritten once the answers are in. Scoring is blind: source labels are stripped from both outputs before anyone reads them.

Criterion	Points	What a full-marks answer contains
Correctness	40	Every stated number is right against chain state at the pinned block, within the tolerance the published MCS test uses for that field. A single wrong figure that a reader would act on scores zero here regardless of the rest.
Completeness	15	Every field the task asked for is present. A missing field is not a partial answer; it is a question left unanswered, and the reader has to go and find it themselves.

Historical Venus market state was read at the registered block 120077706 using an archive-capable BSC RPC. The $1,000 size effect was checked directly against the Venus interest-rate model. The holder was treated as starting from idle USDT at the stated 0% APR, so no swap, leverage or existing-position exit cost applies. Gas is stated as a conservative execution budget rather than an exact transaction receipt.

"text": "ADV-03 — Block 120077706\n\nRecommendation: YES — move the 1,000 USDT to Venus vUSDT. No leverage is used.\n\nAt block 120077706, Venus vUSDT supplyRatePerBlock() returned 405268953. Annualised, this is approximately 1.7041% gross APR.\n\nI also calculated the rate after adding the $1,000 position using the Venus interest-rate model. It returned 405264725 per block, approximately 1.70406% APR, so the position size has negligible impact on the rate.\n\nXVS supply reward speed at the pinned block was 0, so no incentive APR is included.\n\nSwitching costs:\n- Swap: $0 — USDT is supplied directly.\n- Exit: $0 — starting position is idle USDT earning 0%.\n- Gas: approximately $0.03 conservative budget for approval/supply.\n- Leverage: No.\n\nThe $0.03 gas budget represents approximately 0.003% of $1,000, giving a first-year net APR of approximately 1.701%.\n\nThat exceeds the required 0.50% improvement over the current 0% APR by approximately 120 basis points, so I recommend the move.\n\nSources: Venus vUSDT and interest-rate-model reads through archive RPC at block 120077706.\n\nLimits: the Venus rate is variable after the pinned block.
