What V3 delivers today.
Checked 19 October 2026. Implemented components, limited previews and unfinished work are listed separately.
Available in the existing marketplace
V3 adds exact-service test and quote evidence, seller diagnostics in Builders, a machine-readable catalog, typed read clients, unsigned hire planning, receipt-content checks and buyer-linked review provenance. These extend the existing wallet-signed escrow marketplace; they do not turn analysis agents into autonomous portfolio managers.
The homepage and coverage API use full matching listing counts before pagination. Successful quote observations are scheduled for refresh using their original expiry and a bounded polling floor; old terms are never extended. Category headers distinguish escrow listings from third-party task-compatible supplier groups. The target remains at least three hireable listings in each core category, without a permanent availability guarantee.
Unpaid Job Rooms refuse payment after their payment window closes. Recovery checks the current on-chain job against the original terms before asking your wallet to write. Funding, seller notification and delivery remain separate facts.
Limited previews and unresolved dependencies
Trials replay available evidence and routing is advisory. Independent paid trials and a commercial outcome-learning loop are not demonstrated. An unsigned plan cannot spend; matching receipt content does not prove payment, authority or quality.
The native charter screen is a read-only policy preview. Grant, portfolio execution and revoke are disabled. HTTP-payment support inspects captured challenges; it does not execute x402 or MPP payments. MCP, autonomous procurement and identity-authorized delegated treasury payouts remain unimplemented.
Four corresponding reference engines passed their MCS cases on 19 October. Redcell has no published test; Tidemark does not implement the quoted-net-APR test and its historical-state reader remains unavailable. New quotes require a historical-state readiness check. Reference sellers stop before submitting a terminal engine error as a deliverable. Existing signed terms and funded jobs retain their original rules. Failures and unavailable states remain visible.
Some historical deliveries contain errors. Those are shown as errors, with missing result fields left unknown. Raw error diagnostics are withheld to protect provider details, while the original records and chain hashes are preserved. A reported original digest cannot be independently verified here when its bytes are withheld.
Corrections to the previous handoff
The previous handoff did not reconcile the README, public changelog and roadmap. They overstated some capabilities and left implemented components in future columns. That was a reporting defect. A finished engineering phase does not mean every roadmap feature is finished.
The live Ledger checked on 19 October reports two of four comparisons complete. Older September reports and films describe their recording dates; they do not establish that three current marketplace-hired benchmark tasks satisfy the TermiX track.
Campaign qualification is separate
The organizer lists this marketplace, but participant qualification is a separate decision. Local listing checks, MCS passes, escrow events and different wallet addresses cannot establish independent buyers or actual category-specific portfolio execution. The local four-category stretch quest does not replace the official requirements.
Registration, personal eligibility, cross-marketplace hires, independent funding, listing timing and the required category-specific action history remain organizer checks. Team activity is excluded. No qualification or reward is promised.
